The fall Sandbranch Workshop will be held in….

We are thrilled to announce the fall Sandbranch Workshop will be held in Dallas, Texas, on October 26th and 27th! This workshop promises to be a transformative experience as we delve into the rich themes and narratives of our legacy project, Sandbranch. Co-facilitated by the talented Damon K. Clark and Camika Spencer, participants will engage in embodied practices that will help explore and develop the story in unique and innovative ways.

The development process for Sandbranch is one that prioritizes the power of personal experience combined with movement and physical expression to unlock creativity and connect us to our shared histories. Through this workshop, attendees will not only gain insights support the development of Sandbranch, but also learn techniques that they can apply to their own artistic journeys. It's an opportunity to collaborate, create, and cultivate a deeper understanding of the narratives that shape our community.

We still need your support to make this workshop a reality! We are halfway to our fundraising goal of $5000. We are depending on our community to help us bridge that gap over the next three weeks. Every dollar counts, and your contributions will directly impact the success of this workshop and the ongoing development of the musical. We also accept in-kind donations and time donations- there are many ways to support!
